StoryTelling
I deliver the most impactful images for use throughout the FC Cincinnati organization and fulfill requests from internal and external stakeholders across the organization and for MLS and Apple.
Metadata
I cull, sort, caption, and add keywords, copyright information, and other metadata to images via Photo Mechanic and Caption Pro before editing them in Adobe Lightroom and uploading them to Photo Shelter in real time during matches and on non-match days to archive FC Cincinnati’s history.
Deliverables
I sort and deliver images to PhotoShelter galleries and SmugMug folders for our players and staff to have by the final whistle after a match. All photos are delivered to players, agents, and stakeholders less than four hours after a match is over.
Live Editing
I’ve implemented a streamlined approach to live photo editing on match days and cut FC Cincinnati’s photo delivery time to internal stakeholders and players during the match from over 10 minutes to an average of 3 minutes.
Curation
I collect our top photos of the match from up to five photographers to display in a match gallery via Forge, a CMS platform, and tell the story of FC Cincinnati’s match day from start to finish.
Archive
I’ve created an organized database within PhotoShelter to showcase the history of our club and make it easy for internal stakeholders to find the assets they need using appropriate metadata and common keywords across the organization.
